What exciting surprises can we anticipate from your upcoming album? Fans are eager to know — could you share a sneak peek or hint to tantalize their curiosity?
BenAnthony LaVoz: "Starting off strong hahaha, 2024 was a really creative year for me, very deep, very immersed in music so while I didn’t release much per se, because of that immersion I’m at a level now that my music and my style is unheard of and we’re just getting started."
Over the years, your music has matured and taken on a deeper meaning. How have your recent travels affected your newest sound?
BenAnthony LaVoz: "Well, this album, El Camino Iuj Tiut is an album of corridos, they’re grungy in their entirety, so this was just another playground for me. I love the genre because you have to dig deep to make it authentic, so by going to Mexico, my country of El Salvador, it helps for sure - but this was really deep album for me and I think it comes through."
What sparks your creativity when crafting fresh lyrics and putting together an exciting new album?
BenAnthony LaVoz: "My team, my environment, my connection to music really. I see it everywhere and can almost reach out and grab it, but you really need to be able to adapt it into something cohesive. I’ve been doing this for 20 years, so I get influenced by my circumstances sometimes too."
What key influences shaped your creative process in crafting this exciting new album?
BenAnthony LaVoz: "We have A LOT going on right now, we’re doing some clubs in Toronto as well as my team, BenAnthony Ent. will be having an album release party in the coming weeks, we’ll be heading to a couple of different provinces, El Salvador for sure. Lots in the works, my friend, fans gotta follow me to find out hahaha."
Among the latest recordings, is there a particular track that speaks to your heart and evokes deep emotions for you?
BenAnthony LaVoz: "Oh man, I can’t hahaha every song is a baby to me, I love them all equally, each one means sometime to me so I could not possible answer that question but I think my sound and my music is ahead of it’s time so it resonates with people of all ages really that’s the difference and in time the rest of the world will catch up and understand the movement. The fans, I mean, they are probably going to be shocked that I can flip to corridos and back again, that versatility is hard to find and hard to do."
Over the past few years, you’ve embarked on numerous journeys around the globe. Can you share which particular path or experience allowed you to reconnect with your roots ?
BenAnthony LaVoz: "Life. Life gives you adventures sometimes they’re massive adventure that take me all over Europe and Asia, then flips me to Miami and LA but then really, it’s the regular normalcy of life sometimes you know? Every day can be an adventure, and you just have to open your eyes to see it, and then you include them in music."

His performances took him to Indonesia, England, France, Hungary, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Colombia. He concluded the year with an incredible appearance at Telemundo 51’s Calle Ocho Festival in Miami.

He also broke all the rules by breaking new boundaries, performing at the Global Summit on Education. He enthralled crowds and earned new fans for his music performance in Tokyo, Japan. During his stay, he performed at various venues, including the renowned Yoyogi Park in Shibuya. The excitement for his performances was remarkable, with many attendees eager to hear his unique sound that merges traditional Latin music with contemporary influences.

He was nominated for Latin Pop-Rock Artist of the Year at the inaugural Hollywood Independent Music Awards, a recognition that highlighted his growing influence on the global stage.
